As an innovation consulting firm we work with C-level executives and senior leaders to shape and implement growth agendas and cooperate with teams to make innovation happen.

We started GPSinnovation in 2008 at the thriving Andalusia Technology Park, Málaga, Spain and in 2014 established in Zurich, Switzerland. As of 2015 the firm expanded to Punta del Este, Uruguay, intensifying its consulting work in Latin America.

People are our passion. As Prof. Th. Levitt from Harvard University stated, “creativity is thinking new things. Innovation is doing new things”.
It needs people.

Our brain works in four ways, we work in four ways. Ned Herrmann created the Whole Brain® Thinking Model, a framework or metaphor that allows companies to harness thinking diversity. The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument ® (HBDI®) is a thinking preference profile. It identifies the degree of preference for analytical, structural, emotional or strategic thinking. Everyone utilizes all four of these preferences. How we think affects how we make decisions, communicate, solve problems, manage and work with others. The HBDI® helps us identify areas of lesser preference to develop as well as helps us harness our preferred thinking styles. It is extremely valuable as it measures how we act/work under pressure or in crisis situation. Disruption leads us to develop brain plasticity, thinking agility, cognitive diversity and innovative thinking. This powerful assessment helps us to adapt our thinking preferences. It also is a catalyst for team alignment, productivity, efficiency, creative thinking and collaboration.
