Fabricio has 20+ years of experience on raising finance from a wide range of UK and EU funding programmes through bids and competitive tenders. Fabricio has particular expertise in the development and management of multi-partner initiatives which focus on innovation, enterprise development (technology startups), creative industries, education & skills development and economic regeneration. In 2002 he co-founded Otravista Consultancy with Diane Mullen, developing and managing projects in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK, Europe and Latin America. He is also a specialist business adviser for digital and tech startups and SMEs and his business support assistance has focused on product development, market research and access to public funding and grants. His experience on UK and European Union funded initiatives as well as his fluency in English and Spanish has enabled him to design and deliver international innovative focused projects across 15 Member States. Fabricio currently lives and works in London and Malaga.
